This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game "Zoo Escape Tile Match Pet Game" ("App"), developed by Dmytro Yermolaiev ("Developer"). The App is provided as a casual puzzle game and is intended for use "AS IS."

1. Information Collection and Use

The App itself does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). It does not request your name, email, phone number, address, photos, or any real-world identity data.

The App uses third-party services that may collect limited, non-personal device data required for analytics, advertising, and gameplay features. This may include:

Device type and OS version
Approximate region (country)
Advertising ID (subject to consent)
Anonymous player identifier generated by Unity
Basic gameplay events (e.g., level started or completed)

This data cannot identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services Used

AdMob (Google) — Advertising

Used to display ads. Depending on your consent and region, AdMob may collect device identifiers.

Unity Ads (via AdMob Mediation)

The App may use Unity Ads as an additional advertising network through AdMob mediation. Unity Ads may collect non-personal device data to deliver and optimize ads. The App does not share any personal information with Unity Ads.

Unity Gaming Services

Used for anonymous authentication, gameplay, cloud save, and leaderboards. No personal information (such as name or email) is collected or stored.

Mixpanel — Analytics

Used to analyze general gameplay behavior through anonymous events.

3. Consent for Ads

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and App Tracking Transparency on iOS where required. Users may choose between personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or decline tracking. All choices are respected.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed securely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The App does not have access to your payment information.

5. Anonymous User ID, Support, and Data Deletion

The App generates an anonymous User ID used for gameplay features such as leaderboards. This identifier does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify you as a real person.

If you contact support regarding a technical issue, you may voluntarily provide your in-game User ID (available in the profile screen) to help the Developer locate your anonymous game data and resolve the issue. Providing this ID is optional.

If you wish to request removal of gameplay data associated with your anonymous User ID (such as cloud save data or leaderboard entries), you may contact the Developer at:

Please include your User ID so your request can be processed. Once deleted, this gameplay data cannot be restored.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If any data is collected inadvertently through third-party services, it will be removed as soon as possible.

7. Cookies

The App does not use cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates become effective once published here.
